3. Do you offer size exchanges?
Yes, we support size exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
4. Are the rhinestones and embellishments securely attached?
Our embellished styles are carefully made, but delicate details such as rhinestones, beads, sequins, and decorative accents should be handled with care. To help preserve the beauty of the garment, we recommend gentle handling and proper storage.
5. Will the color look exactly the same as in the pictures?
We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
6. Are your pieces suitable for formal occasions?
Yes. Many of our styles are designed for special occasions such as weddings, cocktail parties, prom, birthdays, anniversaries, holiday events, and other formal or fashion-forward occasions.
7. Can I wear your styles for daytime events too?
Yes. While many of our pieces are occasion-focused, some blazers, suit sets, and blazer dresses can also be styled for polished daytime looks, depending on the accessories and styling.

We recommend following the care label instructions on each item. For embellished pieces, professional dry cleaning or very gentle care is recommended. Avoid machine washing, strong pulling, or rough friction on decorated areas.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During holidays or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

We accept returns and size exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and original packaging.
14. Which items cannot be returned?
Final sale items, gift cards, and items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or returned without original tags and packaging are not eligible for return.
15. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist you.
16. Do you offer custom-made items?
No, we do not currently offer custom-made or personalized items.
17. Will I receive the brooch shown in the description?

18. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
