Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Platlogy. Please review our return, refund, and exchange policy below before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

We accept return and size exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

unworn, unwashed, unused, in its original condition, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

items marked as Final Sale; used, worn, washed, or altered items; items without original tags or original packaging; gift cards.

3. Exchanges

We support size exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer: a refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

Exchanged items must also meet the return eligibility conditions listed above.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless: the wrong item was sent, the item arrived damaged, or the item is defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Platlogy is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return or exchange conditions outlined above.
