Pretty but dressy

This is not a neutral wardrobe basic, and I think that is important to understand before choosing it. In person, the design reads stronger and dressier, so I would save it for a night when I actually want the clothes to be noticed. I liked the look once I accepted that and stopped trying to make it casual. Simple accessories helped a lot. The tradeoff is that it is less versatile than a plain suit or dress, but it also gives you much more impact without needing to build the entire outfit around extra jewelry or accessories. That small difference mattered to me once I wore it.
